Escape your desk with our unique outdoor coaching sessions in Colorado.
Walk and Talk Coaching blends natural French conversation and personal development with well-being and light physical activity. Being outdoors facilitates inner peace, sparks creativity, improves memorization, and allows for deep, uninterrupted conversations.
Detailed Information:
Program: Personalized based on your fluency level and objectives
Seasonality: April through October
Schedule: Mon–Sat, 8 am to 2 pm slots
Locations: Local parks in Greenwood Village & Denver DTC
Duration: 1 hour to 90 minutes
Weather Policy: Outdoors whenever CO weather permits, switching to online session in case of bad weather

Online, In-Person Sessions or Walk & Talk Coaching

- Online Sessions: Via Google Meet or WhatsApp from anywhere.
- In-Person Sessions (Indoor): Meet locally at a coffee shop or library in Denver/DTC area.
- Walk & Talk Coaching (Outdoor): Practice French speaking outdoors in local Denver parks (April to October).
Every session is personalized for your specific needs, whether you're a beginner starting your first words or an advanced learner polishing fluency.

Who am I?
Born in Besançon 🇫🇷 France and raised partly in Africa, I’ve lived and worked in seven countries across Europe and Asia. Along the way, I’ve taught, coached, published cookbooks and even launched a cooking school in Thailand. Now based in Denver, I am looking to combine my passion for the French language and culture with a coaching approach that’s engaging, supportive and practical.

Mindful Walking is a practice, where you are present while walking at a gentle pace. You walk for no other purpose than walking. The mindful dimension simply comes from observing your surroundings, listening to the birds and breathing slowly.

Walk and Talk Coaching The inspiration for change comes from wandering. I noticed a better creativity, mental clarity and judgment, while walking during meetings. That simple realization led me to offer coaching walks. The quality of conversations is greatly enhanced by the calming effects of a gentle walk.
